In rare cases, you may not find any results. We explain the procedure to find the information:
- Make sure you are connected to all relevant data sources. If passwords are changed, then it may happen that the connection to amberSearch is deleted.
- Use different variations of the query and filters to narrow the search
- If you still haven't found the right result, it's possible that amberSearch deliberately didn't get access to the data you were looking for. Please contact your IT administrator or us to check this.
The last possibility why you might not find anything could be that the information is not indexed yet. Once a night our software updates the index. So if you know that a document was created today, try again tomorrow!
