Use this little guide to learn why you can't reach the search.
- Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
- Make sure you are logged into the VPN (there are customers where this is not a requirement)
- Make sure the URL is the right one
- Make sure that you have logged in with the correct credentials.
Note: Password changes in Windows will also result in password changes in amberSearch. The passwords stored in the browser may need to be updated.
The main reasons why users cannot reach amberSearch is because they are not logged into the VPN.
