🛡️Data protection is important to us

As a German company, we know how important data protection is.

That is why we have integrated various security measures in a wide range of places to guarantee the safety of the data.

Dazu zählen unter anderem:

1. These include:
   1. One of our security concepts is that we always know who is doing the search. This way we can guarantee that you only see the things you actually have access to.
   2. Access rights change regularly. Changes (position changes, new employees etc) are therefore taken into account in amberSearch.

2. Hosting exclusively in Germany
1. We host and process our customer data exclusively at Telekom, unless otherwise requested by the customer. The servers are certified according to ISO 27001 and BSI C5.
2. We have been certified accordingly for this.

3. Personal data
1. The purpose of amberSearch is not to process personal data. Neither do we store user data nor do we make a copy of the data to be searched.

4. Further measures
1. We have created a safety concept, which was placed in the appropriate place.
2. There are various technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the software.
