Use filters to refine your search
You can specify your search using the search filters to get your desired result directly. The following filters are available to you:
- File types
- Data sources
- Any time
- Any language
You can also combine different filters. Combine different filters to make the search even more precise.
Filter by time or language
To narrow down the search results a little more, you can search for files from a specific, arbitrary period or time.
You also have the option of filtering the search by the language of the files. You can choose between English and German.
Search for specific file types or data sources
In the filters for file types and data sources, you also have the option of deselecting all other filters with one click in order to restrict the search to one specific desired filter.
If you only need a single file type or data source and want everything else filtered out, you can now simply navigate to the desired filter and you will see a new button appear.
If you click on the "Only"-button, all other filters will be deselected and only the one desired filter will remain selected. This means no longer need to check or uncheck the boxes for each individual filter.
Furthermore, the lists of all your data sources can become very long.
If a list is too long and you have to scroll for ages to find the desired data source, we have now done the work for you.
If you have a long list (8 or more), a search bar appears at the top where you can simply type in the desired data source.
In addition:
We have optimized the ranking of search results.
For example, if you mention a specific file type or data source in the search, only the corresponding search results will be prioritized and displayed first.
