You probably already know the amberAI General Chat. Your intelligent assistant that can help you with all questions relating to your company's internal knowledge.  

But did you know that you can chat with amberAI no matter which website you are on?   

This is possible thanks to the function we want to introduce to you today: The amberAI Chat Widget.

The amberAI Chat Widget is a handy tool that gives you direct access to amberAI without having to change the page you are currently on.  

The widget looks like a small chat bubble.

You can open the amberAI chat at any time by clicking on the widget in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to communicate with amberAI. amberAI will answer your questions, give you tips, help you search or learn and chat with you. If you click on the small chat bubble again, the chat window will close again. Your conversation is not lost when you open and close it but is saved so that you can continue it later.  

In addition: If you start a new conversation in the amberAI chat widget, the previous conversation will be retained. You can see this if you open the amberAI General Chat page via the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen. The conversation you had in the widget has been saved here together with all your other conversations.

The amberAI chat widget is not just for you, but also for your colleagues and customers. You can easily integrate it into your intranet via iframe. This way, the amberAI Chat Widget can be used internally and externally.
