First, make sure that you have connected your email account to amberSearch.
You don't have to jump into Outlook to see what other content is hidden in a mail history. It's easy with amberSearch.

Group Mailboxes & Public Folders
Besides the personal mailboxes of each user, amberSearch can also search group mailboxes and public folders. The access rights remain the same. It may be necessary for the administrator to integrate them.
