Organize your bookmarks and keep an overview 🤓
To keep track of your saved files from the outset or to organize your existing list of bookmarks, you can divide them into groups of your choice.
Create a personal group 🔐
First create a new group by clicking on "Create new group" on the left side of your bookmarks page. You can then come up with a suitable name for your group and confirm this. Your newly created group will then appear on the left side of your screen and will be set up as a personal group by default.
You can now navigate to the corresponding files in your bookmark list and add them to your new group.
If you want to create a new bookmark from a search result in the future, you can also directly select the group in which it should be saved.
You can also take a look at the process in the following series of images:
1. Create new group
2. Personal group created automatically
3. Add desired bookmark to the new group
4. Add a new search result directly in the new group
Create a public group 🔓
If you want to share a group of bookmarks with others, you can do this as follows:
Either create a new group or select a group you have already created that you would like to share with colleagues. Then click on the three dots next to the relevant group and click on "Share group". The group will then be added to the "Shared bookmarks" category on the left side of your screen.
That's it.
Now you and your colleagues can view all the bookmarks in this group. And anyone can also add more bookmarks to this group.
You can also see the process in the following series of images:
1. Share group
2. To share the group, you can also write a message and send an automatically generated link to your colleagues. The window for this appears automatically after you have clicked on "Share group".
3. Your shared group will automatically be categorized under "Shared bookmarks" after completion
